Jessica has always had a passion for helping others. Her own personal experiences with massage therapy have demonstrated that rehabilitation takes time and that improvements and progress take place in small increments, yet the overall effect can be tremendous. Jessica wanted to be able to give back to her community, by allowing others to have the same experiences and benefits she did through massage therapy, which has led her to a career as an RMT.
Jessica obtained her massage therapy diploma from Ontario College of Health and Technology. She also has a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Physical Education with a minor in Psychology from Wilfrid Laurier University.
Jessica is trained in many techniques including Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and craniosacral therapy. By combining these techniques and with her diverse experience and knowledge, she is able to customize each treatment to effectively respond to the specific needs of each individual. When she is not busy working, Jessica loves spending time with her friends and family, and being outdoors.
